Your ligaments loose: during pregnancy your ligaments become loose and move more when walking It is normal so that the pelvis can stretch when the baby comes. You need to keep walking but not to the point of pain and sometimes it becomes stable and the pain is reduced

Pregnancy Changes.: Changes in your biomechanics occur during pregnancy resulting from the shifting center of gravity one develops as the uterus enlarges. Hormones cause your blood volume to expand to accomodate the fetal circulation. This becomes increasingly significant as pregnancy progresses. Sometimes stress fractures or other problems can cause hip pain.Pregnancy can worsen existing joint problems.Talk w/ Ur OB
