A member asked:

Hpylori was notfound in my blood , what about inside my stomach and my stool, will the result be same or different?

Probably the same...: In general, blood or serum based H pylori have a good sensitivity (around 85%), meaning that they do a good job of detecting the infection if it is present. Stool antigen testing is slightly better (with a sensitivity of 90-95%). Direct sampling "inside your stomach" via endoscopy has the highest sensitivity (>95%).
