Exam: It's not normal not to have periods at age 19. There could be something else causing you not to have a period. I would make an appointment with gynecologist to have hormones, and thyroid checked. Weight can also be an issue, being too thin/heavy, in terms of making period go away. Regardless, I would see a doctor and find out why you're not having periods.
