Do a quick HPT: Home pregnancy tests are easy to do, fast, and highly accurate. They typically able to detect a pregnancy after missing period for 3-5 days. So, if seeing her doc/ob is not of convenience, a hpt is quite reasonable. If negative, repeat in 3-5 days. If still neg, likely it is neg. If she is trying, make sure she eats healthy, exercise regularly, and take her prenatals.Good luck.

Take a test : Then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy. There is no other way for anyone to make any guesses about someone being pregnant.

Irregular period : If she is sexually active it is possible to be pregnant at age 41. I suggest she gets a pregnancy test. If negative she may still see her doctor for further evaluation. As people approach menopause they tend to have irregular period. This can happen as early as 40. But the average age of menopause is 51 in the us. I see a trend where more and more younger folks are menopausal or closer earlier.

Depends: Is your daughter having unprotected sex? While pregnancy is possible at 41, the rate of miscarriage is much higher. If she's two weeks late, she should take a pregnancy test. They are relatively inexpensive, accurate and timely.
