Nerve issues: Burning pain is usually associated with some type of nerve irritation. Associated with sitting for some time and then going to stand, wonder about compression occurring at the back of the knee putting pressure on the popliteal. Baker's cyst in knee? Also, pressure on the sciatic nerve from sitting due to SI joint dysfunction is possible, but more associated with buttock/thigh pain. Need eval.
