Maybe yeast infex.: A "cottage cheese" vaginal discharge is what is classically seen during a yeast infection and may not always have itching or pain, at least if it is early. However, if the discharge resolved and none of those symptoms appeared, it may be a variant within the range of normal or your body took care of it itself. If your symptoms worsen, consult your doctor.
