For about a week and a half i have had a strong vaginal odor. its very sweet smelling but my discharge is relatively normal with no strange color. i have no itching/burning/ etc. but even after showering or refreshing the smell is still there?

While normal vaginal discharge is colorless & odorless, it doesn't appear that you have a vaginal infection. Yeast vaginal infections can cause a sweet smell but a cheesy,itchy discharge comes with it. My guess is that some harmless bacteria are causing the sweet smelling odor. Your gynecologist can advise you best.
