Specialist f/u: Limited data available.sickle cell disease (SCD) have acute and chronic disorders of bones , joints, including vasoocclusive pain episodes, osteomyelitis and septic arthritis, osteonecrosis of the femoral (hip)and humeral heads( shoulder), vertebral body collapse(back pain). f/u with specialist ASAP. Had you ever been on Hydroxyurea?opiates for chronic pain-tolerance/dependence
