Immunity: If your blood test shows antibody to hepatitis B ( positive anti hbs) and your hepatitis B surface antigen ( hbs ag) is negative, you are immune to hepatitis B and do not need further tests or additional shots with hep B vaccine.

AntiHbs positive: and Hbs ag negative means you do not have Hep B and you have immunity to Hep B virus (probably from previous vaccination). No Hep B vaccination necessary.
