Heart rates: Heart rate is more apt to affect blood pressure rather than vice versa. If your cardiac Cath was normal, there should be no restrictions on your physical activity. If your heart rhythm and rate are abnormal, your physician is best qualified to advise you about diagnosis, treatment and activity as he/she knows all your findings. The same applies to your blood pressure.
