I have a bloated stomach,diarea,and feel full all day..i'm also cramping. went to urgent care and said i was ok..i suffer from ibs, cist in left kidn?

Need evaluation: If you haven't had a full workup by your primary care provider or gastroenterologist, I would suggest that.
