Most of the: problems due to D deficiency don't cause significant symptoms that would bring it to your attention. Deficiency is due to poor sunlight exposure or lack of D in foo products (particularly dairy) or poor absorption. Luckily, D deficiency is easy to test for and very easy to treat (or prevent) with daily D supplementation.
