The recommendations for safe alcohol use in men under 60 is no more than 2 drinks per day, no more than 14 per week, and never more than 4 on one occasion. In addition, alcohol makes tylenol (acetaminophen) WAY more toxic, and the combination should be minimized if not avoided altogether in those drinking more than those amounts.
