You can not: Taking the recommended dose of acetaminophen, mixed with a small to moderate amount of alcohol, produces a 123% increased risk of kidney disease, according to a new preliminary study. The warning label included on Acetaminophen packaging does say not to take the medication with alcohol. Hope it helps.
