Steatorrhea: Steatorrhea is the presence of excess fat in feces, which give stools white appearance. Stools may also float due to excess lipid, have an oily appearance and can be especially foul-smelling. Common causes of steatorrhea include: lack of bile acid due to biliary dyskinesis, hypolipidemic medication, celiac disease, pancreatitis or insufficiency.
