My two month poops after every feed its 4 days now since it started, even if i give him a small feed he poops a mustard seedy stool, he is currently using a formula. i checked his temperature , it looks fine . ?

Not uncommon: Small infants can poop a smear every feed due to a natural gastro-colonic reflex. They can also go several days between poops. If they are thriving & feeding well I consider them fine. If there is other symptoms that make you feel the kid is sick have him seen.
