Not so much: Colgate is good for brushing your teeth and preventing gum disease. Products containing salicylic acid, alpha hydroxy acids or benzoyl peroxide are good for acne.

No: If you want to create chemical burns on each site where you apply the cream go ahead. This is a myth that has led to a lot of pain and suffering by gullible persons. Don't be so quick to follow such treatments.
