Castor oil is a high: molecular weight oil, and not the best to take for constipation. You don't want it affecting absorption of your meds. Make sure you take your thyroxine first thing in the morning before you even eat your breakfast on an empty stomach. You are better off using buik laxative, or cooked greens/veges and hydration, and movement (exercise like walking) are better to do to reduce constipation long term.
