Viral pneumonia?: Glandular fever (infectious mononucleosis) acts like flu. The virus can infect your lungs causing inflammation and breathing problems. It also can affect your berating muscles and nerves. It can be dangerous. Please let your doctor know this ASAP. Good luck!
