Left arm symptoms: These symptoms could reflect a focal stroke ! - but this seems highly unlikely, given your age. A second possibility is that you rested on your nerve bundle that runs down the inner tricep region, next to your humerus. This area when compressed makes our arm seem "asleep". A third possibility is a cervical spine nerve root compression. A fourth possibility is an axillary compression of nerves.
