UTI: This is now a complicated urinary tract infection and needs further evaluation. An infectious diseases expert, a urologist or a good diagnostic physician should be seeing you. You may need cultures to determine the potential efficacy of antibiotics, imaging studies to determine extent of disease, and so on. Go now, do not wait.
