Two possibilities: Yes, Adderall itself can cause tachycardia. Remicade (infliximab). also has cardiovascular side effects including hyportension-when the body has low blood pressure it compensates by increasing heart rate. Please ask your doctor about these and other possible causes. Also explore with doc if increasing stress/anxiety. Once medical issues addressed, a psych therapy referral may also be good idea if stress up.
