Not for sure: I would recommend you call the state medical association and they could give you the information for that state. I would recommend going to the Association of American Physician and Surgeons. They would likely have information to help you with your need. They have a site called Medi-Bid and it links patients and prroviders together for tests, xrays etc. I hope this helps.

Complicated: You can seek individual state regulations regarding telemedicine/telehealth here: http://telehealthpolicy.us/sites/telehealthpolicy.us/files/uploader/50-State%20February%202014%20-%20Correct%20Grant%20Numbers.pdf Realize that except in exceptional cases of continuity telemedicine, as you see in telepsychiatry, you aren't likely to see much if any test ordering.
