Mole: Tingling has nothing to do with Melanoma. I would get the lesion checked by a doctor and possible removed.

Check with your MD: Don't pick at anything or you may pay the price such a s infection. See you doctor hopefully dermatologist and he will help you.

Hi: Melanoma usually does not tingle. If it looks funny then it needs to be seen. IF the other one had been melanoma they would have called you back in for more extensive surgery, so it is likely not, but worth a call to the doctor to find out what the biopsy was. A picture is needed.
