Is it normal to get stomach cramps and backache at 5-6 dpo?

Days Post ovuation: I hope I am getting the lingo correct. If so, this would put you at day 19 to 20 of your cycle and That would be a time to get cramps and back ache that could be related to your cycle. Especially if it is a regular occurrence.
