Ppssibly due to STD: These symptoms could be a variation in premenstrual syndrome and no real reason for concern; however these may also be symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease (std). Std are most commonly contracted through unprotected sex. Changes in menstruation, including premenstrual symptoms are commonly seen with stds.
