What can cause itchy collarbone? i've had this problem on and off for years.

Collar bone: I doubt it is your collar bone itself. However the area of the collar bone can get moist for some people. Moist areas can get itchy and even a fungal infection. Keep the area clean and dry and see if that helps. You may want to try and over the counter anti-fungal. See you doctor or a dermatologist if the problem persists.
