A Bad Sign: Yes. It means you are routinely drinking to excess; you are having repeated alcohol poisoning ( hangovers) and you are only 24 years old. It sounds like you have probably the genes that make you prone to alcoholism. There is a solution. But it means not drinking and then addressing the underlying medical condition.

Everybody does: The short answer is everybody does get one, it is just that it is expressed differently in different people. Some are more severe than others. It also matters how much you drank over what time, and what your other mood was. Also some people are going to deny they have the symptoms, and actually feel worse than they say they do.

Hang over: Generally people tend to drink more when they drink , as they get older. The more alcohol the more side effects e.g. Dehydration and lack of good nutrition. Many people are not as healthy as they age, so they are less tolerant of abuses to the body like excess alcohol.
