Whenever i touch the bottom of my testicals and push upwards, i feel like a painful needle inside my penis. what can the purpose be? thank you

I really can't say i: know why you are having that sensation. The fact that you don't have pain all the time, only upon pushing upward suggests some kind of nerve trigger. But I would see a doctor for more answers, preferably a urologist
