Not likely this far: out from the surgery, and marijuana smoke is likely not as harmful as tobacco smoke. However, marijuana itself is a problem in younger people when the brain is still developing (which it does out to about age 23). There is little evidence that occasional/recreational use causes harm, but regular and heavier use can cause learning and memory problems, and use risky in people at risk for psychosis.

Smoking post-op: Short answer is yes, it can delay your healing and as your doctor discussed with you before the surgery, smoking (even marijuana) can delay your healing. I would recommend abstaining from further use especially during your acute healing phase.
