YES: Yes, ask your hotel if they have a doctor on site, otherwise have them direct you to closest clinic. Keep hydrated, follow BRAT diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). You might have food poisoning "traveler's diarrhea". If you experience fevers it's even more urgent to seek medical attention.

Diarrhea: You could have traveler's diarrhea - this is a generic term for what is likely a gastroenteritis or food poisoning. Usually this is self limiting but could need antibiotic treatment. If you are at a resort, ask the front desk. They often have access to a medical staff.
