How old is your: daughter? if there are no red or scaly lesions on the areola and the skin looks normal pink, these are likely montgomery follicles and are not significant.

Probably ok: There are normal glands around the areola and I speculate that is the situation. I don't know how old she is, so it is hard to speculate. having a doctor examine them would be reassuring.
