Symptoms of PN: People with PN often feel their feet are abnormal, as if they are covered by sand, or they are walking on marbles, etc. Touching their skin to clothing and sheets may also feel different. However, if your pants feel uncomfortable, that does not mean there is neuropathy. Changes in the fabric may also cause such a symptom.
