How can i fight a kidney infection without any antibiotics? i have no insurance of any kind.

If you can't find 1 in your area,some doctor's office may see you with very discounted rate or even free if the doctor is one of some who do that.I don't know if you are referring to cystitis(frequency,burning,urgency)as a "kidney infen".If so,some pharmacies give meds.like amoxicillin free but u must have prescripn,increase fluids,buy AZO OTC.Best wishes

You need antibiotics: some good antibiotics (like Cipro) can be bought at Walmart for 4 dollars
