No problems: In recommended doses, this combination should pose no problems. However, both Tylenol (acetaminophen) #3 and melatonin are sedating, and taking both of them may be cumulative. Bypass the melatonin during this time if you are able to do so.

I would say no...: I see that you are already on lorazepam (Ativan) and Tylenol 3 may make you even more drowsy. I would also recommend not taking melatonin or "natural" meds. You can take ibuprofen and some regular acetaminophen as directed on the bottle, but I would not do this for more than a few days.
