Viral gastroenteriti: The most common cause would be an acute enteritis. The fact that you have fever is a little disturbing and if this were viral it would often be accompanied by nausea and vomiting. In either event this is probably going to clear spontaneously in 24-48 hrs. In the event that it does not or if it gets progressively worse you might want to see a doctor. Hope you are better soon.
