Sacroiliitis.: Sacroiliac joint inflammation, which constitute the largest classes of rheumatic diseases, is the most common. Do not by into the idea of sacroiliac joint dysfunction. See a rheumatologist. A simple ap-pelvis x-ray will document this!

Mechanical Injury : Dr. Namey's ideas about common inflammation and non-existence of the phenomena of dysfunction and hypermobility is contrary to consensus of medical experts of sacroiliac joint (sij) disorders and sij clinical research. Over the last 20 years, diagnosis of non-inflammatory disorder and dysfunction of this 17 centimeter square joint, the largest joint in the axial spine, has been well proven.
