2 months is a long: time to be at bedrest. Sitting in bed would be the best, so if you feel tipsy, you can fall back asleep.You don't want to decondition yourself by resting in bed too much. It will not build muscle or strength (energy).So, simple stretches in bed is best while lying. When sitting simple stretching exercises will build upper torso strength.Chair yoga is safe, and you can get CD.Start slow & build up!
