NOT SO MUCH: You have "orthostatic hypotension". Compression stockings will help a bit but likely not enough. Try squeezing your leg muscles and exercising in bed to help reverse this. Get up slowly from a prone position to give your body a chance to adjust and your blood vessels a chance to contract to bring blood back towards your head.. With prolonged bed rest you will also get muscle atrophy.
