Physical exam: Wanda, if you have not done so already, you should make sure to have a physical exam completed by your physician to rule out any medical issues which may be related to these symptoms. If you have done that, when you experience these starbursts, attempt some deep breathing exercises along with visualizing yourself in some of your favorite places.
