Not sure of ?: 48 BPM may be normal in a highly trained, very fit athlete, but it is not normal in most people. Again, am not sure what your question is, but if you have not had a cardiogram in recent years, I would talk to your physician about getting one. Anything under 60 BPM is considered sinus bradycardia, which may be a symptom/sign of underlying problems. I would limit yourself to 2 or fewer cups/coffee
