Borderline result: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, it would help to have the actual values of your results. Apparently the results are borderline and repeating in three months would show the direction of change. Make sure you are well hydrated for the third test,
