5year old all of a sudden as a nagging cough, coughing up fleam & vomit bright red face temperature 35.9 could this be more then a cold?

Cold: sounds like a cold, the cough can be persistent and also irritate the stomach causing the vomiting. I would watch the temp and also see if other symptoms to develop. There is no urgency to this right now. :)
