Maybe: If your gallbladder has stones or sludge (which can lead to obstruction of bile flow out of the gallbladder, and cause thickened gallbladder wall), then you can have pain in that area, though it is generally in the right upper abdomen. Has the cause for your thickened gallbladder been determined? If not, I think you need to see your doctor or a GI specialist to figure that out.
