Nerve pain: Pain that occurs with regular touch to the skin often indicates nerve pain or damage to a nerve. After trauma to an extremity (like the multiple fractures), it is possible to develop a neuropathic pain condition of that limb. See your doctor or a neurologist for evaluation.
