Usually no problems!: Erections happen from nerves that make a reflex back and forth your spinal cord, and your thoughts/feelings. Hydroceles are fluid sacs that go from abdomen down toward testicle, and have NOTHING to do with the nerves that allow erections. If you have no problems with erections or ejaculation now, it is VERY UNLIKELY that hydrocele surgery will affect that. Have a good talk with your urologist!
