Not true: A healthy person with a normal, balanced diet will not notice any penis changes from eating garlic. Of course, if he eats an unusually excessive amount of garlic, nobody knows what might happen to his body (scientists don't spend time researching the effects of garlic overdoses). Also, "opening up veins" in the penis will let the blood OUT of the penis and decrease one's erection.
