Get tested: If he truly never had sex then ok. Unfortunately 80% of teenage boys dont consider a blow job to be sex and what you're describing could be gonorrhea which is indistinguishable from strep when its in the throat. When it comes to sex, teenage males have very little self control but may be afraid to admit everywhere they've been because they don't want you to get mad or they're embarrassed about it
