Also Bring:: 1.Back up antibiotic in case of diarrhea. Ask your doctor. Usually Ciprofloxacin unless going to regions near thailand. Other choice is azithromycin. Use if frequent loose or bloody stools.
2. Preventative pepto-bismol taken daily two chewable tablets four times per day for no more than six days. Warning- has Aspirin in it.
3. "boil it, cook it, peel it, or forget it"
