Not Allergy: Your sensitivity to fragrance is not an allergy it is what we call vasomotor rhinitis or non-allergic rhinitis. It is due to increased irritability of the sensory nerves in the nose. The best way to treat this is to use a medication called azelastine in nasal spray form that your doctor can prescribe.

Avoid/daily zyrtec (cetirizine): i dont think you can treat it except by minimising exposure and see if a daily antihistaminic--claritin or zyrtec (cetirizine) helps.
